Delete your account

You can delete your Phlo account, operated by Spruce Technologies Pty Ltd, and the personal information associated with it at any time. Here is how.

Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Phlo app and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile, then open Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”.
  4. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in access and login credentials.
  • Your personal profile information — name, email, phone number, and avatar — is removed or anonymised.
  • You will no longer be able to sign in to the account.

What may be retained

  • Limited records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction or tax records), for the period required by law.
  • Content you shared with other people — such as events in a shared calendar or messages you sent — may remain visible to them.

Can’t access the app?

Email privacy@phloapp.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and process it, typically within 30 days.
